3. Account Registration and Organizations

3.1 User Accounts

• You must create an account to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Organizations

• Users can create and manage Organizations within their account
• Each User may create only one (1) Free Plan Organization
• Organizations are the billing and project management entity within Togacha
• You may invite other users to join your Organization subject to your plan limits

4. Service Plans and Limitations

4.1 Free Plan Organizations

• Limited to one (1) project per Organization
• Subject to player limits, storage limits, and API call restrictions as specified in your dashboard
• One Free Plan Organization per User account

4.2 Paid Plan Organizations

• Enhanced limits based on your selected subscription tier
• Multiple projects allowed based on plan specifications
• Priority support and additional features as advertised

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use our Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Use our API in ways that exceed your plan limitations
• Resell or redistribute our Service without written permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free Plan limitations

7. User Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all game content, assets, and data you upload to Togacha
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate our Service
• You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable laws
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload

7.2 Prohibited Content

• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Content that violates privacy rights of others
• Excessively large files that abuse storage limitations

7.3 Data Security

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
• We are not liable for data loss due to your actions or third-party services

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

• Togacha, our APIs, dashboard, and related technology are our proprietary property
• These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our Service
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our exclusive property

9.2 DMCA Policy

• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us with proper documentation

10. Service Availability

10.1 Service Levels

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

11. Account Termination

• Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period
• You are responsible for downloading your data before termination

• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
